    Company Secretary / Head Legal

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including fillings with relevant authorities for Levitikal Group.
    • Maintain statutory registers, company records, and corporate documents for Levitikal Group.
    • Prepare and file annual returns, resolutions, and other statutory documents.
    • Ensure proper implementation of Board decision and resolution.
    • Serve as the principal legal adviser to the Group Managing Director and senior management
    • Align legal strategy with the Group’s business objectives and risk appetite
    • Liaise with regulators, external auditors, legal advisers and stakeholders
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the Group.
    • Manage disputes, claims, arbitrations, and litigation involving contractors, vendors, buyers, regulators and third parties.
    • Coordinate and supervise external counsel and legal consultants
    • Oversee compliance with Labor, safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
    • Ensure the company’s memorandum and article of association are complied with and updated when necessary.
    • Liaise with regulators, land registries, government authorities, and professional advisers
    • Lead and manage group team across subsidiaries
    • Develop internal legal policies, procedures and training program
    • Establish and enforce contract management processes and templates across the Group.
    • Support negotiations with contractors, financiers, government agencies and partners.
    • Review commercial terms to protect the group’s interest while enabling business growth.
    • Handle stakeholder communication and queries related to corporate governance matters.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 10 - 15 years experience.

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy and planning:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives
    • lead the annual budgeting process, including long term financial planning and forecasting
    • Monitor key financial metrics and provide update to the CEO and executive management team
    • Drive innovation in financial processes and system to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Assess the financial feasibility of new real estate development or construction projects
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats

    Financial Management and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirement and internal policies
    • Oversee the preparation of consolidated accurate and timely financial statetment, including income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement etc., in compliance with IFRS and GAAP
    • Manage financial reporting process and ensure accurate timely reporting
    • Develop and maintain robust internal control to safe guard Levitikal assest and maintain financial integrity

    Cashflow Management and Investment:

    • Oversee cash flow management, including cash forecasting and liquidity planning
    • Manage banking relationship and optimize the Group's capital structure
    • Ensure timely payment of obligation, including salaries, vendor payment and taxes
    • Manage foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies where necessary
    • Oversee the management of group assest and financial resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization
    • Design and implement optimal capital structures to support Levitikal's growth

    Stakeholders Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
    • Communicate financial performance and strategy to the executive management and investors, where applicable
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    Leadership and Development:

    • Build and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
    • Conduct regular training and mentoring to develop the teams technical and behavioural skills
    • Foater a collaborative culture within the team, promoting transparency and accountability
    • Oversee periodic performance reviews and succession planning for key finance roles
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to achive organisational goals
