    Client Service Officer (Educational Consultancy)

    Job Description

    • The Client Service Officer will be responsible for collaborating with the relevant teams to better address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products where possible.
    • Also, s/he will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through client referrals.
    • The ideal candidate for this role must be committed to helping clients and have the ability to work well under pressure with excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Handle client’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
    • Keep records of client’s interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in a relevant field.
    • 2 years working experience as a Customer Service Officer or a relevant role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM Software.
    • Excellent customer-oriented approach.
    • Attention to details.
    • Discrete and diplomatic, with a strong ability to manage confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office.

    Travel Consultant (Educational Consultancy)

     

    Job Description

    • The Travel Consultant will be charged with the responsibility of determining client’s needs and recommending the most appropriate options based on their needs, time, client’s mobility, medical requirement, budget constraints, etc.
    • The Travel Consultant will be charged with the responsibility of enhancing satisfaction, acquiring and expanding the clientele of the organization.
    • The ideal candidate for this role must be able to effectively communicate with clients and possess a high convincing power.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate schools, airlines, travel dates, costs, and accommodation.
    • Assist clients in applying for school visas.
    • Assist clients in applying to international schools.
    • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications to clients.
    • Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
    • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
    • Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
    • Maintain statistical and financial records
    • Respond to inquiries about our companys services and offerings.
    • Determine each clients requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and transit time.
    • Ascertain and adhere to the available budget.
    • Select the most appropriate transport based on the available finances, requisite departure and arrival times, and preferred duration of transit.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Educational travel experience will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS Systems and e-travelling.
    • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
    • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
    • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
    • Attractive & well-dressed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingualism is a plus.
