    Client Relationship Officer (Retail Equity Sales)

    Job Summary

    • The Client Relationship Officer (Retail Equity Sales) will be responsible for driving the growth of the retail client portfolios by acquiring new investors and building long-term relationships.
    • The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into active investors, provide market insights, execute client investment requests, and work closely with the Research and Trading teams to deliver exceptional client service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail clients to grow the client base and revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, serving as their primary contact for investment enquiries and account-related requests.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual client acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
    • Provide clients with timely market insights, investment opportunities, and portfolio enhancement recommendations in collaboration with the Research and Trading teams.
    • Promote, cross-sell, and upsell investment products and services to both prospective and existing clients.
    • Receive, coordinate, and monitor the execution of client trade instructions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
    • Identify emerging market trends and investor needs to develop new business opportunities and expand investor base

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
    • 2 - 3 years industry experience, specifically in a Stock Broking Firm
    • Demonstrable experience in retail client acquisition, portfolio growth, , trade execution, and managing relationships with retail and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
    • CIS Certification or other relevant capital market certification is an added advantage.

    Head of Credit and Risk Management

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our team as Head of Credit and Risk Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s credit management function, overseeing credit analysis, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, recovery processes, and regulatory compliance.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of credit risk management, lending structures, portfolio quality management, and financial analysis within the financial services industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s credit risk framework, policies, and procedures.
    • Review and assess credit proposals, financial statements, and risk profiles of borrowers and counterparties.
    • Oversee credit approvals, documentation, collateral management, and disbursement processes.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, concentration risks, and delinquency trends.
    • Develop and execute recovery and remediation strategies for delinquent exposures.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare periodic credit risk and portfolio reports for management and committees.
    • Work collaboratively with Treasury, Investment, Operations, Legal, Finance, and  Business Development teams.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the credit team while promoting a strong risk management culture.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, FRM,or MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8–12 years relevant experience in credit risk, lending, asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
    • At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio risk management.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
