Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and build long-term customer relationships within the FMCG industry.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Develop and execute initiatives to acquire new customers while ensuring the retention and growth of existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales,
• 3-4 years of sales experience in selling Tissue papers with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / Month.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and order new stock when needed.
• Supervise the receiving and stocking of inventory items.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
• Keep track of stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and stock movements.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage.
• Report stock status and any issues to management.

Requirement & Qualification

• Minimum of an SSCE / OND qualification.
• 1 - 2 years experience as an inventory officer, preferably in a warehouse or FMCG sector.

Salary
