As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing cleaning staff, ensuring high cleaning standards, and liaising with clients to meet their facility needs.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across multiple client sites.
Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and client requirements.
Prepare cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Train, mentor, and support cleaning staff to maintain safety and efficiency.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
2 years’ supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
