We are sourcing for a Field sales Business development manager that has worked in a tissue paper industry.
Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and build long-term customer relationships within the FMCG industry.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Develop and execute initiatives to acquire new customers while ensuring the retention and growth of existing accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales,
3-4 years of sales experience in selling Tissue papers with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies, distribution channels, and pricing models within the FMCG industry.
