    Civil and Structural Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Design and analyze structural systems for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
    • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
    • Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with design standards.
    • Perform structural integrity assessments and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders on project execution.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and regulations.

    Requirements (Education and Experience)

    • B.Sc. in Civil / Structural Engineering (M.Sc. preferred).
    • Professional qualification (COREN, NSE, etc.) is an advantage.
    • Proven experience (4 - 5 years minimum) in structural design and construction projects.
    • Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, etc.).

    Architect

    Responsibilities

    • Develop innovative architectural designs and building concepts.
    • Use Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and other design software to create detailed drawings.
    • Prepare project proposals, design presentations, and construction documents.
    • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility.
    • Must know Lagos property market and strong sales and letting market links.
    • Ability to develop a strong business proposal for corporate, private, and governmental relationship.

    • 3 – 5 years of architectural design and project supervision experience.

    Social Media Manager / Admin / PA

    Responsibilities

    Facility Manager (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Background)

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of high-rise commercial and residential facilities.
    • Manage electrical and mechanical systems including power distribution, HVAC, elevators, pumps, and water supply.
    • Design, implement, and maintain high voltage and low voltage systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
    • Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized systems such as swimming pools, fire alarms, and lighting.
    • Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building assets.
    • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and technical staff to deliver efficient facility services.

    • Familiarity with facility management software and modern building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
