    Cinematographer

    • Reporting To Creative Head

    Key Functions & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the creative head and other team members to understand the creative vision and goals of each project.
    • Plan and execute the visual aspects of shooting projects, including camera angles, framing, lighting, and composition.
    • Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality footage during shootings.
    • Ensure consistency and continuity in visual storytelling by maintaining a cohesive look throughout the production.
    • Select and set up appropriate equipment for each shot, considering the technical requirements and creative objectives.
    • Work with the post-production team to review and provide input on edited footage.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continually enhance the quality of our productions.
    • Manage and maintain all camera equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness for use.

    Competencies

    • 3+ years proven experience as a Cinematographer or similar role.
    • Proficiency with various camera systems, lenses, and other cinematography equipment.
    • In-depth knowledge of lighting techniques and the ability to create visually appealing scenes.

    Executive Assistant to the GMD

    • As the Executive Assistant to the GMD at Landwey, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support and enabling smooth operations for the Managing Director. This role
    • General Role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency, as you will be working closely with the GMD to manage their schedule, handle important communications, and ensure the overall effectiveness of their role within the company.

    Reporting To Group Managing Director

    Key Functions & Responsibilities

    • Calendar Management: Effectively manage the GMD's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, prioritize tasks, and ensure the GMD's calendar is well-organized and optimized.
    • Communication Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
    • Prioritize and respond to messages on behalf of the GMD, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Information Management: Maintain an organized system for managing and retrieving important documents, reports, and files. Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as requested by the GMD.
    • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and take minutes during key meetings. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned during meetings.
    • Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other gatherings as required.
    • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

    Senior Legal Associate

    • General Role maintain client correspondence inventory, liaise with departments for document delivery, oversee legal compliance, handle clerical duties, and perform assigned tasks from team lead and Head of Department.

    Reporting To LINE MANAGER

    Key Functions & Responsibilities

    • Draft and review legal documents such as deed of assignment, contract of sale, estate guidelines, memorandum of understanding and Terms & conditions.
    • Attend to, retrieve and file legal correspondences and letters sent by external solicitors and clients.
    • Prepare, submit and prompt follow–up of internal memo drafted in respect of the department’s key tasks to be undertaken.
    • Maintain an inventory of clients’ correspondences and letters
    • Liaise and work with key departments for timely delivery of clients’ title documents (Contract of Sale, Deed of Assignment, and Survey Plan).
    • Manage regulatory and legal compliance-related issues.
    • Responsible for legal clerical duties and proper documentation filing
    • To perform all other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the team lead and Head of Department.

    Competencies

    • Minimum of Five (5) years’ work experience as a Lawyer
    • Good understanding of general legal practice in Nigeria
    • Knowledgeable in real estate practice in Nigeria
    • Sound contract review and drafting skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Analytical thinker with strong research skills
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs

    Qualification

    • Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from a reputable institution.
    • Barrister-at-Law Degree (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School.
    • Call to Bar Certificate from the Nigerian Law School.
    • National Youth Service Corps Certificate.
