    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
    • Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
    • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the GMD and other key executive team members.
    • Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
    • Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes for all subsidiaries.
    • Provide accurate and timely reports to the GMD outlining the operational condition and all matters of importance regarding the group.
    • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
    • Works with other GMD and other executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
    • Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
    • Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business relationships.

    Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in related field.
    • 10+ years of Executive level operational experience required.
    • Exceptional Executive presence, Business acumen and presentation skills.
    • Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
    • Understanding of business functions such as Admin, Transport, Oil & Gas, Finance, Business Development etc.
    • A good understanding of the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas, telecommunication industry and Haulage business.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
    • Fluent English language speaking and writing proficiency
    • Effective people management skills and a good player.

    Senior Manager (Transport & Operations)

    Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Overseeing functional areas of our clients logistics operations, in accordance to best possible costs and downtime periods, whilst generating management reports in line with spend versus budgets.
    • Responsible for managing fleet of trucks related operational costs in line with functional budget requirements.
    • Monitor cost and limit truck breakdown.
    • Continuously improving and business position Formulation and implementation of regulations and strategies to manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service accordingly.
    • Ensure customer receive their products on time. (AGO, PMS).
    • Oversee the trailer park, activities of mechanics and truck drivers.
    • Prepare workforce schedules and ensure distribution workers follow safety rules.
    • Partner and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and other partners concerned.
    • Supervising daily operations of staff within and outside the region and give support when needed.
    • Work to improve the efficiency of the company’s revenue.
    • Identify and collate enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 5 - 8 years work experience.
    • Must have knowledge of downstream Oil and Gas sector experience.
    • Must not be more than 45 years of age.
    • Strong organisational skills with good attention to details.
    • Must have knowledge and experience about the management of trucks.
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Effective people management skills and a good team player.
    • Relevant experience in transport/logistics operations.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.

    Managing Director

    Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the overall revenue aspirations of the group across 3 subsidiaries.
    • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the company
    • Provide strategic advice to the Group Managing Director so that they will have an accurate view of the company’s future
    • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
    • Building and Maintaining an effective Management Team to achieve Strategic business goals
    • Assuming full accountability to the Board for all company operations.
    • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
    • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities
    • Oversee the day-to-day running of the company and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance of all subsidiaries
    • Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues, and resolve problems
    • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
    • Establishing Continuing contacts with new prospects.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant discipline,
    • A post-graduate degree in any related field will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in the related industry at senior management level.
    • A good understanding of the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry.
    • Strong professional profile with excellent business development skills
    • Good leadership skills, business management with an excellent track record of measurable results
    • Excellent Marketing skills
    • Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
    • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry or transportation will be an advantage
    • Very strong crisis management skills
    • Previous experience in the Telecoms industry will be an advantage.
