    Chief Financial Officer

    Job Brief

    • Successful candidate will provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and Board of Directors and play a pivotal role in formulating future financial strategies

    Qualification and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
    • Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in similar position
    • Experience in arising finances is high desired.

    Requirements:

    • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the company stakeholders on financial matters and maintaining a strong working relationship with its bankers and other funding organization’s.
    • Oversee long-term budgetary planning, forecasting and cost management in alignment with the operating companies’ strategic plan.
    • Ensure financial objectives are aligned across the respective companies.
    • Cascade financial strategies into an effective business plan for all the operating companies and ensure maximum alignment between organizational objectives and operating companies’ activities.
    • Lead the continual improvement of smarter information systems, provision of centralized information, increased financial and operational KPI information and trend analysis and benchmarking of the company performance against agreed measures.
    • Defines the liquidity strategy, which outlines how liquidity challenges will be handled and reviews this annually.
    • Reviews cash flow position for ending period. Reviews ledger and income statements to assess the organisation’s liquidity position.
    • Ensuring that the businesses financial risk and exposure is prudently managed, including management of tax liabilities.
    • Evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure and make recommendations to Senior Management and the Board
    • Ensure that the company always has a rich pipeline of assets and projects ready for investment.
    • Manage all finance functions with full authority over treasury, tax, statutory and management accounting, financial accounts, financial control, and internal and external reporting.

    Monitoring & Evaluation Lead

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Designing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating activities to support the organization’s projects.
    • Developing and implementing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans for the organization.
    • Coordinating and overseeing the collection of high-quality data from various projects, including surveys, focus group project plans, and interviews handled by the organization
    • Conducting data analysis using appropriate statistical software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, etc) to generate insightful and actionable findings.
    • Ensuring proper interpretation of data trends, patterns, and correlations to assess projects' performance, outcomes, and impact.
    • Applying proper quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to identify project strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborating with the project team to ensure effective utilization of monitoring and evaluation findings for evidence-based decision-making during any project execution.

    Other Obligations:

    • Supporting project progress, reporting, and project review of the organization.
    • Weekly draft and reporting of monitoring and evaluation of analysis and presentations of project progress to the Executive Management Team of the organization.
    • Preparation of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation reports, presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

    Key Deliverables

    • To support other departments as the needs arise
    • Report to management as needed.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by EMT.
    • Monitor program performance against targets and milestones, facilitating timely reporting and accountability.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years relevant work experience.

    Project Delivery Lead

    Duties

    • Review project requirements and project execution plan to ensure it meets with LoftyInc’s Project Management standards.
    • Monitoring Project progress, overseeing project finance and ensuring project quality
    • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
    • Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
    • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
    • Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
    • Leading strategic or mega projects or programs, that requires high level visibility with clients and are of strategic nature to the organization.
    • Ensure ALL project success on schedule, budget, quality and scope

    Requirements

    • 10 years cumulative professional experience
    • 5 years of Project Management experience as Project Manager.
    • Relevant professional certification (PMP is an added advantage)
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to keep project team motivated.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset
    • Thorough and pay attention to details
    • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced organization
    • Ability to efficiently oversee multiple projects
