    Cashier

    Purpose

    A brief overview of the role:

    • The Cash Manager owns responsible of all the financial transactions reporting and remittance for record and audit purposes

    Key Duties

    • Take charge of all cash-related transactions while professionally following the company's communication, procedure, guidelines and policies.
    • Create a reliably trustworthy database for customers and their transactions.
    • Reconcile daily with the Online Rep on cash-related issues.
    • Initiate after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Drive offline-to-online sales, Konga pay, Konga travels and tours sales streams at the stores.

    Qualification

    • NCE, OND, HND, BSc, etc.

    Knowledge:

    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs

    Sales Lead (Shop Manager)

    Job Objectives / A Brief Overview of the Role

    • The Shop Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.
    • They will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

    • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a certificate in a relevant field
    • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
    • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
    • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

    Essential:

    • A Degree in Business or related fields
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
    • Microsoft package proficiency.
