Designated Records Officers are responsible for communicating Government Records procedures to their department or agency, and for coordinating the transfer of records to the Records Centre for semi-active storage and disposition. Communicating Government Records Office (GRO) procedures to department/agency staff.

Typical lab technician responsibilitiesrecording, analysing and interpreting data. demonstrating procedures. collecting, preparing and/or testing samples. maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment.

Observing and recording patients' behaviour. Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans. Maintaining reports of patients' medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition. Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
