    Senior Structural Engineer

    • Perform preliminary, basic, and detailed structural engineering studies and produce associated deliverables, e.g. MTOs, structural calculations, drawings, etc.
    •  Perform structural engineering pre-studies as assigned by hierarchies Review designs produced by COMPANY or contractors to ensure compliance with COMPANY referential, applicable laws and project specifications. 
    • Prepare and contribute to equipment specifications for procurement purposes. Review of subcontractor structural deliverables to ensure technical quality. 
    • Read and interpret facility engineering drawings and make necessary modifications or recommendations. Supports other ECP departments. Field Operations and other entities on structural related issues, 
    • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers of equipment and materials to ensure technical specifications are understood and met. Support tendering and technical evaluations related to Structural Engineering contractors 
    • Prepare and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and COMPANY technical specifications for application into design activities. 
    • Contributes to Safety Reviews Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), Hazard Identification studies (HAZID) Participate in Job Risk Assessments (JRA), Constructability reviews and other relevant reviews.
    • Minimum Qualification: University Degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in an Engineering Organization in a similar position. Proficiency in common civil/structural applications (AutoCAD, STAADPro, SACS and NSO (Fastrudl, Isymost)). Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Senior Project Engineer

    • Interface with various COMPANY stakeholders (e.g. HSE, Field Operations, ECP, Logistics, etc.) to identify and consolidate a clear scope of work, contractual strategy, schedule, manpower requirements, long-lead items, etc. Prepare project execution plans, typically including project description, work breakdown structure, schedule, master document register, contractual and procurement strategy, and a detailed narrative of all engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and closure activities associated with the project. 
    • Coordinate with the Project Services department in the development of cost estimates. Interface and coordinate with subcontractors to obtain and consolidate information, e.g. input into project execution plans, weekly and monthly progress reports and other performance data, safety reports and statistics, manpower and schedule information, etc. 
    • Review subcontractor project management documents and deliverables, e.g. project execution plans, schedules, proposals, progress reports, change orders, correspondence, etc. Interface and coordinate with project entities (e.g. HSE, Engineering, QA/QC, C&P, subcontractors, etc.) to ensure project deliverables are achieved with respect to technical quality, schedule, and budget. 
    • Coordinate the execution of Project Safety Reviews to ensure they are conducted as per COMPANY requirements. Ensure all documentation is handled as per existing DCC procedures, including coordinating document reviews using PRODOM (EDMS used in COMPANY) Coordinate the receipt, distribution, and response of Technical Queries received from subcontractors. 
    • Inform Technical Project Head of project status, issues, and areas of concern on an ongoing, “real time” basis. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Take part in project meetings, and where required prepare presentations, record and distribute minutes, arrange meeting facilities, etc. Ensure proper close out report and As built documentations for Projects & Site Modification Requests.
    • Compliance with ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist ECP in compliance with overall COMPANY HSE requirement.
    • Minimum Qualification: Professional experience of 5 years minimum in Petroleum industry. Previous project engineering experience of 3 years minimum Experience: Verifiable experience in the use of MS Office package

    Piping Engineer

    • Carry out preliminary, basic, and detailed instrumentation engineering studies and produce associated deliverables, e.g. MTOs, datasheets, cable routes, drawings, control philosophies, SAFE charts, etc. Review instrumentation discipline engineering deliverables to ensure technical quality. 
    • Review designs produced by COMPANY or contractors to ensure compliance with COMPANY instrumentation general specifications and applicable project instrumentation specifications. Develop and contribute to equipment specifications for procurement purposes. 
    • Review of subcontractor instrumentation deliverables to ensure technical quality. Read and interpret facility engineering drawings and make necessary modifications or recommendations. Advise ECP, FO and other departments on instrumentation related issues, including suggesting technical solutions to problems, identifying best practices, etc. 
    • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers of instrumentation and other equipment and materials to ensure technical specifications are understood and met. Prepare and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and COMPANY technical specifications for application into design activities.
    • Compliance with ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist ECP in compliance with overall COMPANY HSE requirement.
    • Minimum Qualification: University Degree in piping or mechanical engineering with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas production facilities. 
    • Familiarity with international standards and regulations. Teamwork, commitment to technical accuracy, ability to organize and execute works unassisted. 
    • Use of MS-Office and AutoCAD with an experience in project specifications could be added advantage.

    Senior Electrical Engineer

    • Carry out preliminary, basic, and detailed electrical engineering studies and produce associated deliverables, e.g., Single Line Diagrams, cable schedules, cable route drawings, electrical load calculations, hazardous area drawings, MTOs, etc. Conduct regular site visits to Company Assets for data gathering to be utilized for detailed electrical engineering studies 
    • Participate in technical review workshops like HAZID, HAZOP, CONSTRUCTABILITY & ensure that the safety requirements of COMPANY electrical general specifications and applicable project electrical specifications are met. 
    • Provide technical support to Construction team during site installation activities by providing response to technical queries and clarifications. Interface with other disciplines and entities like Piping, Structural, Instrumentation, Technical Projects, Contracts & Procurement, Field Operations and provide necessary input required by these disciplines. 
    • Review electrical discipline engineering deliverables to ensure technical quality. Review designs produced by COMPANY or contractors to ensure compliance with COMPANY electrical general specifications and applicable project electrical specifications. Develop and contribute to equipment specifications & requisitions for procurement purposes. 
    • Review of subcontractor electrical deliverables to ensure technical quality. Read and interpret facility engineering drawings and make necessary modifications or recommendations. Advise ECP, FO and other departments on electrical related issues, including suggesting technical solutions to problems, identifying best practices, etc. 
    • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers of electrical and other equipment and materials to ensure technical specifications are understood and met. Prepare and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and COMPANY technical specifications for application into design activities.
    • Compliance with ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist ECP in compliance with overall COMPANY HSE requirement.
    • Minimum Qualification: University Degree in electrical engineering with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas production facilities.
