    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • dentify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, and reach out to them to generate interest in the company\'s products or services.
    • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications, and demonstrate products to customers as needed.
    • Needs Assessment and Solution Selling: Understand customers\' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
    • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close deals to meet sales targets.
    • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors\' products, pricing, and sales strategies to stay competitive.

    Required Skills

    • Communication: Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
    • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers to purchase products or services, and negotiate prices and terms.
    • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing sales environments, customer needs, and company policies.

    Technical Skills

    • Product Knowledge: Display a good knowledge of company\'s products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
    • Sales Software: Proficiency in sales software, such as CRM systems, sales analytics tools, or sales automation platforms.
    • Microsoft Office: Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Data Analysis: Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to inform sales strategies.

    Qualifications/ Requirement;

    • Bsc/ HND
    • 2-3 years of experience is the same role.

    Salary:100k, bonus up to 100k monthly.

    Loan Account Manager

    Account Officer plays a crucial role in managing the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Loan Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of loans, ensure timely repayments, and identify potential risks.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, respond to their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
    • Loan Disbursement: Process loan disbursements, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and compliant with regulatory requirements. Repayment Monitoring: Track loan repayments, identify any delays or discrepancies, and take prompt action to resolve issues.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring the loan portfolio remains healthy.
    • Credit Assessment: Conduct credit assessments on new loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness and making recommendations.
    • Collateral Management: Ensure that collateral is properly documented, valued, and monitored.
    •  Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports on loan performance, client relationships, and portfolio health.

    Skills Required

    • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve loan repayment issues, client complaints, and other challenges.

    • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing lending practices.

    Qualification: Bsc/ HND

    Salary: 100k, bonus of 100k monthly.

    Experience: 2-3 years
