    Store Officer

    Salary: 136,000

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, offload, count, and properly store materials. 
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular stock reports. 
    • Process material issuance through the ERP system and coordinate approvals with engineers. 
    • Load and dispatch materials to project sites based on approved requisitions. 
    • Ensure proper organization of the store for easy accessibility and traceability. 
    • Maintain a safe and clean store environment in line with health and safety standards. 
    • Coordinate daily activities within the site store. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of store administration and inventory management. 
    • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical materials. 
    • Experience with tools and material management on project sites. 
    • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.

    Procurement Officer

    Salary: Competetive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process. 
    • Source and evaluate suppliers to meet business needs. 
    • Raise and process local purchase orders. 
    • Monitor market prices and conduct regular cost analyses. 
    • Manage supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery. 
    • Negotiate favourable pricing and contractual terms with suppliers. 
    • Develop sourcing strategies and recommend process improvements. 
    • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities. 
    • Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned. 

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of local procurement markets. 
    • Strong understanding of supply chain management. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Experience monitoring market prices and supplier performance. 
    • Previous procurement experience is highly desirable.

    Logistics Assistant

    Salary: Competitive 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with daily procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. 
    • Maintain inventory and stock records. 
    • Support importation and logistics activities. 
    • Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports. 
    • Assist the Supply Chain Manager and Senior Logistics Assistant with operational tasks. 
    • Ensure accurate documentation of logistics activities. 
    • Carry out additional duties assigned by management. 

    Requirements

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Familiarity with ERP systems. 
    • Basic understanding of supply chain management. 
    • Knowledge of importation and customs clearing procedures is an advantage.
