Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain the project cost plan from initial estimates through to the final account
- Prepare and agree monthly interim valuations with the client\'s representative; submit payment applications on schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the procurement register; update delivery dates, vessel ETAs, and on-site arrival confirmations on a daily basis
- Process all purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery instructions under the direction of the Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Establish the site grid and permanent benchmark system before any construction commences; obtain sign-off from the Construction Manager and structural engineer on all control points
- Set out all block positions and column grid positions to survey accuracy before each raft commences
- Provide level control for all floor slabs: establish floor datum marks on columns before each pour and verify slab thickness after striking
- Set out all internal partition positions on each floor as required by the Fit-Out Manager
- Check and record all as-built column and slab positions after construction; produce as-built survey records
- Maintain the site survey register: all setting-out records, checks, and as-built measurements
- Provide survey support to the Site Engineers during reinforcement inspections
- Calibrate and maintain all survey instruments on site

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Inspection and Test Plan for all works in the assigned area; maintain the register and hold-point sign-off records
- Personally inspect all reinforcement in preparation for each slab pour: reinforcement bar sizes, spacing, cover, lap lengths, and particularly punching shear reinforcement at all column and slab interfaces
- Inspect service sleeve positions against drawings before each pour; confirm all sleeves are correctly installed and report any discrepancies to the Programme and MEP Manager
- Issue or withhold concrete pour authorisation; no pour proceeds without Quality Control Inspector sign-off
- Manage the concrete cube sampling and dispatch programme; maintain cube sample records and review test results
- Manage the formwork striking authorisation process; confirm cube strength results support striking before any falsework is removed
- Maintain the non-conformance register; record all non-conformances, corrective actions required, and close-out confirmation
- Coordinate materials testing including concrete cube tests, reinforcement steel certification checks, and waterproofing pull-off tests
- Produce a weekly quality control report for the Construction Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction quality control with specific focus on reinforced concrete structures
- Deep knowledge of reinforcement inspection requirements, flat slab construction quality control, and punching shear risk management
- COREN registration is beneficial
