    Machine Operator

    Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
    Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (rotational)

    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) and sachet packaging machines, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate VFFS and sachet packaging machines efficiently.
    • Monitor production processes and ensure continuous machine uptime.
    • Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs on machines to reduce downtime.
    • Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards.
    • Ensure accurate filling, sealing, cutting, and calibration.
    • Keep daily production and maintenance records.
    • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
    • Support production team during changeovers and cleaning.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • SSCE / OND / B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical field.
    • 1–3 years proven experience operating VFFS and sachet machines in FMCG.
    • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing machines is mandatory.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of packaging machines.
    • Good knowledge of machine calibration and safety practices.
    • Physically fit and able to work long shifts.
    • Must reside in Sagamu, Ogere, or Mowe.

    Performance Expectations (KPIs)

    • ≥ 90% machine uptime during shifts.
    • Achievement of daily/weekly production output targets.
    • ≤ 2% defect/rejection rate on finished products.
    • Accurate and timely submission of production logs.
    • Zero safety incidents or violations.
    • ≤ 3% material wastage.

    Senior Account Officer

    Salary: ₦200,000 monthly

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Officer to oversee and manage core accounting functions within our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising junior account staff, preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making. This role requires advanced proficiency in accounting processes, strong analytical skills, and solid experience using Tally, Peachtree, or similar accounting software within an FMCG environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and support junior account officers in day-to-day financial operations.
    • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and transaction postings.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Conduct budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
    • Manage tax computations, remittances, and statutory compliance (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.).
    • Oversee bank reconciliations, supplier/customer account reconciliations, and petty cash management.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
    • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and expenditure controls.
    • Provide management with timely financial reports and recommendations for process improvements.
    • Ensure accounting policies, controls, and best practices are strictly adhered to.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
    • ICAN certification (fully qualified or final stage).
    • 3–5 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in FMCG.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Peachtree, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
    • Leadership and supervisory experience.
    • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Timely and accurate delivery of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
    • Compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (zero penalties).
    • Effective supervision and performance of junior account staff.
    • Accuracy of reconciliations (≥ 98% error-free).
    • Timely budget preparation and variance analysis.
    • Positive audit outcomes with minimal queries.
    • Improved efficiency in cash flow and expense management.
