    Card Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Card Operations manager is responsible for managing the card related operations payment processing, operations policies and procedures as well as recommend required changes to increase card efficiency.

    Job Duties

    • Responsible for ensuring card operations are functioning optimally and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in the review and recommendation of card operations systems and procedures and also, coordinating general Operations
    • Manage the card operations activities by planning and scheduling departmental activities and workload and coordinating with related departments to ensure that operational schedules are met.
    • Lead and implement operational support strategy for card holders.
    • Handle all card payment reconciliations and settlements.
    • Relationship Management with card vendors and processors.
    • Research and analysis of competitors
    • Escalations of downtime on card transaction spend
    • Resolution of customer card complaints channeled from corporate partners.
    • Responsible for all - round card management operations.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a B.Sc from a renowned tertiary institution.
    • 5 - 7 years’ experience working as a Card Operations Specialist / Manager in the top Commercial Banks.
    • Card Management experience
    • Passion for conceiving, creating and designing useful, innovative products.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

    Operations Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Analyst is responsible for communication with third party partners and operators, market research and data collection as well as Optimize the UI and functions of the scenes in charge.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing operational support on the support groups for
    • Escalating irregular issues complained by team members to the technical and Beijing Team
    • Ensuring all pending and unresolved cases have been attended to with solutions provided.
    • Conducting Surveys and Phone checks on product requirements, suggestions and feedbacks.
    • Provide support using the admin access dashboard to issues relating to the KA dashboard.
    • Give and provide useful operational suggestions, policies that can be implemented to make the business better.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in a reputable institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years Experience as Operations Support and Customer Service Officer in the Payment Service or POS business firms
    • Must have good knowledge and experience in merchant support of the POS business.
    • Must have team management Experience.

    Growth / Product Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Growth / Product Marketing Manger will be saddled with the responsibility of fueling growth within our top business customers through high-touch customizable campaigns Lead performance marketing strategy by benchmark competitions strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement growth (acquisition + retention) metrics and reporting and
    • interpret data for actionable insights.
    • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns; and retention

    • Reporting trends and providing recommendations which would create positive results for the Sales team.
    • Create easily understandable visualization dashboards to enable the Sales team managers to make informed business decisions.
    • Experience working on strategic leadership with proven experience leading successful teams
    • Issue prevention and resolution with other departments to ensure optimum performance for the sales team and product.
    • Implement a framework for prioritizing growth-specific product improvements needs.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in a reputable institution.
    • At least 7 years of experience working in a Growth and Strategy capacity with minimum 3 years in the managerial level with a track record of delivering success in a Payment Solutions firm or top FINTECH
    • Must have experience spearheading Growth Marketing for a Digital Payment Product or Application
    • Good analytical skills.
