Job Description

• Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and provide guidance to a team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
• Workflow & Task Management: Organize the daily workflow, assign specific tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor their progress.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Training & Development: Train new employees on policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for staff development and career advancement.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues, conflicts, and complaints from employees or customers to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Communication: Serve as a crucial communication channel, relaying information from upper management to the team, and providing performance reports and updates upwards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, monitor productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and achieve operational goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
