    Business Development Manager – ROV & Subsea Services

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ROV, subsea inspection, survey, intervention, and offshore support services.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with International Oil Companies (IOCs), Independent Operators, EPC contractors, and marine service providers.
    • Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, and client procurement plans to identify sales opportunities.
    • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, prequalification documents, and contract negotiations.
    • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to develop competitive service offerings.
    • Conduct client presentations, business meetings, and contract negotiations.
    • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular business development reports to management.
    • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and industry regulations.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within the oil and gas industry.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling or managing ROV, subsea, marine, or offshore services.
    • Demonstrated success in securing offshore service contracts and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of offshore construction, subsea operations, pipeline inspection, IMR, diving support, and marine logistics.
    • Existing relationships with IOCs, NNPC Limited, indigenous operators, EPC companies, and offshore contractors will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, and contract management skills.
    • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.

    Business Development Manager – Marine Support Services (MSS)

    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager – Marine Support Services (MSS) to lead the growth of our marine services portfolio within the oil and gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth for marine support services, including offshore logistics, vessel chartering, crew boat services, anchor handling, and other marine operations and should possess a strong understanding of the offshore marine industry and have an established network with key players in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the company's Marine Support Services market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with International Oil Companies (IOCs), NNPC Limited, EPC contractors, and indigenous operators.
    • Promote the company's marine support services, including vessel chartering, offshore logistics, crew boats, security vessels, anchor handling, and other marine solutions.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Lead the preparation and submission of prequalification documents, tenders, technical proposals, and commercial bids.
    • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor market trends, upcoming offshore projects, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Work closely with operations to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline while providing regular business development reports and forecasts.
    • Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Marine Transportation, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in business development or commercial roles within the oil and gas or marine industry.
    • At least 5 years' experience in Marine Support Services, offshore logistics, vessel management, or marine operations.
    • Proven experience in securing contracts for marine support services.
    • Strong understanding of offshore vessel operations, marine logistics, chartering, and offshore support services.
    • Established relationships with IOCs, EPC contractors, marine operators, and key stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
