    Business Development Manager – ROV & Subsea Services

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ROV, subsea inspection, survey, intervention, and offshore support services.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with International Oil Companies (IOCs), Independent Operators, EPC contractors, and marine service providers.
    • Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, and client procurement plans to identify sales opportunities.
    • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, prequalification documents, and contract negotiations.
    • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to develop competitive service offerings.
    • Conduct client presentations, business meetings, and contract negotiations.
    • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular business development reports to management.
    • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and industry regulations.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within the oil and gas industry.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling or managing ROV, subsea, marine, or offshore services.
    • Demonstrated success in securing offshore service contracts and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of offshore construction, subsea operations, pipeline inspection, IMR, diving support, and marine logistics.
    • Existing relationships with IOCs, NNPC Limited, indigenous operators, EPC companies, and offshore contractors will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, and contract management skills.
    • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
