    Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • He/she is charged with the responsibility of implementation of activities to achieve set KPIs, briefing, Market intelligence gathering, vendor Engagement, conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth, collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Marketing, Customer Service and Brand Plan Development and Implementation:

    • Ensure development of all marketing related plans and executions
    • Ensure brand plans are created on time (when needed)
    • Ensure 100% implementation of the brand plan created
    • Brand plan Commercialization and Innovation
    • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely commercialization of projects according to the approved plans.

    Marketing Info Gathering and Insight Generation:

    • Accurately gather all vital and supporting marketing data that will inform and justify the entire brand plan
    • Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and engage customers for insight generation and competitive intelligence
    • Engage in brand research and consumer deep dive for trend monitoring, analysis and insight generation to drive planning process
    • Promptly and proactively dealing with issues and complains coming from the customers and delivering of customer service framework

    Management of Marketing Materials & Assets:

    • Management of key brand assets: Storage, message and quality of content as a way of maintaining the brand imagery.
    • Ensure production adheres to all production guidelines and plans

    New Product Development and Launch:

    • Design New production framework and work with marketing lead to deliver on new product extensions
    • Collaborate with production for alignment on product design, insight generation, and consumer test

    Vendor Engagement:

    • Adequately Engage vendors involved in achievement of market/business goals
    • Maintain stock availability by making products request in line with Target and restocking level

    Channel Management:

    • Ensure the availability and visibility of Gossy brands in area of coverage
    • Proper Shelving of Gossy Brands in line with our category objective
    • Resolve or Escalate channel Issues within his/her HORECA/Hypermarket/Retail outlets covered and provide management periodic update on channel performance
    • Management of In-store activators attached to HORECA/Hypermarket covered.

    Route to Market:

    • Recruitment and maintaining relationship with key Hypermarkets/HORECA/Retail outlets for effective optimization
    • Expansion drive into Hypermarkets/HORECA/Retail outlets within the coverage area.
    • Design route for Merchandizers within the coverage area and clear Sales KPI for merchandizers effectiveness
    • Implement the route to market for his/her area of coverage as designed in the Sales Plan

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Continuously ensure processes are followed and improved upon by adherence and proposing ways of improvement
    • Collaborators and Vendors management
    • Provides reports of functions on weekly and periodic basis as may be needed as at when due
    • Any other job that may be assigned by his/her supervisor

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Minimum qualifications of OND / HND / BSc Holder (Any Discipline) Fluent in English, and Computer Literate, with at least 3 years’ experience.
    • Age: 22 – 30

    Production & Logistics Officer

    Location: Ikogosi, Ekiti

    Job Description

    • He will be responsible for delivering the production plan, based on the advised sales plan for both new and existing products. He must ensure that all product operations are in line with pre-agreed standards and procedures to ensure we consistently deliver good quality products to GWS consumers.
    • He will be responsible for ; monitoring Raw material procurement, wastage elimination and overall production efficiency.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Production Scope Element:

    • Ensure production output aligns with sales demands (to be achieved via execution of daily production plan/operations).
    • Ensure efficiency of production processes by monitoring rates of waste generation and reducing machine downtime while achieving set targets.
    • Actively participates in the research team to ensure product/process improvement and new product development
    • Ensure reconciliation and availability and order of All Raw and packaging materials needed at production and also monitor the movement of finished goods from warehouse to HSPs
    • Ensure that Quality of finished product form the factory is per standard. (by reviewing materials, process & machine performance at all times).
    • Provide support for Regulatory inspections e.g NAFDAC, MANCAP and other government agencies on product registration/renewals.
    • Ensuring approved SOPs, and Batch Manufacturing Records are followed strictly in accordance with GMP and also valid & reviewed up to date.
    • Maintain a Zero accident level at all times in production.
    • Maintain a hazard free-safe work areas & environment. (by ensuring the work area/equipment are kept clean and tidy).

    Logistics Scope Management:

    • Managing of HSPs - Mobilizing them to load promptly without delays.
    • Ensuring their trucks are in good conditions before they recruit and manage additional 2 additional HSPs committed to GWSL
    • 'Ensure logistics cost reduction and process improvement initiatives are initiated, actioned and delivered. Consistently drive down shipment cost and eliminate wastage level.
    • Adequate labour management to allow for optimal labour utilization
    • 'To ensure that payment to HSPs are made promptly and followed
    • Ensure efficient monitoring of engineering activities, challenges and prompt resolutions to prevent machine downtime
    • Provides daily/weekly updates on Production plan/achievements and issues, prompt escalation of issues
    • Daily Reports on actual stock position of raw and packaging materials based on production consumption rate.
    • Adheres to operational rules, policies & guidelines- Company ethics, behaviours and conduct.
    • Continuously seek out ways to improve on production process to derive maximum efficiency.

    Sales Officer

    Location: Ikogosi, Ekiti

    Job Description

    • He/She is charged with the responsibilities of delivering set targets in territories assigned. He / she is to primarily oversee sales activities in Southwest, Southsouth, Southeast and Abuja.
    • He/She is responsible for constant engagement of Hotels, Canteen, Restaurants,Top-stores, Hypermarkets / Supermarkets, Distributors, to ensure availability / visibility of Gossy Natural Spring at all times in the stores while delivering agreed volumes, values, market shares, & distribution objectives of these channels.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Ensures strategy and coverage plans are executed
    • Adhere strictly to approved coverage plans.
    • Coordinates the MSR attached to distributors for optimal markets' coverage.
    • Monitor MSR deployed to territory.
    • Conduct Constant immersion to the field to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities and winnings plan to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop new & existing customer base with new customers & manage existing customers to deliver set monthly targets.
    • Develop new & manage existing markets to deliver set monthly targets.
    • Ensures sales to customers are done upon release orders from the BA & 100% collections from all credit customers before, or on stock delivery.
    • Ensures Credit Limits are approved & adhered for all customers.
    • Prepare & submit credit proposal list
    • Work with Logistics department, Production, Account and external bodies (where necessary) to ensure smooth running of business
    • Provides trip reports, weekly report, month, Quarterly, Yearly reports and some occasion reports as requested.
    • Continuously seeking out ways and means of reducing customer service / delivery costs at all times
    • Provides regular verbal & written feedback to all associates working directly with him/her in the achievement of the above deliverables with the clear objective of ensuring 100% strategy execution. Furthermore, he conducts Quarterly and Yearly appraisals of all these Associates using a robust and clear Balanced Scorecard linked with the Strategy of both the Territory and Company.
    • Maintain incident free record on company assets -Cash, Product, Motor vehicle, Computer, etc.
    • Achieve assigned Sales & Marketing goals, execute activities and operations are within approved budgets, and specified profitability.
    • Adhere to operational rules, policies, & guidelines -Sales, Cash handling, Incident reporting, Resumption / Closing time, Dress codes, Expenses, etc
    • Actions in line against winning attitude, customer driven, innovation, sense of urgency, & acting responsibly.
    • Maintain knowledge of the market and analyse GWS’s key competitors, to make recommendations on the implications for GWS
    • Provide regular customer feedback to aid our product development and marketing teams.
    • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skill
    • Adhere to all internal governance communication and meetings.
