    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive business growth and revenue performance in Abeokuta and surrounding markets.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
    • Recruit, supervise, train and motivate Business Development Executives (BDEs), marketers and affiliate partners.
    • Establish and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders, investors, brokers, cooperative societies and high-value clients.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and competitive positioning.
    • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product activations, site inspections and sales events.
    • Represent the company at networking events, presentations, client engagements and strategic meetings.
    • Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports to management.
    • Ensure excellent after-sales support and strong customer relationship management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5–8 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership or Marketing Management (real estate sector strongly preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, expand markets and lead high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong leadership capability, communication skills and strategic thinking.
    • Must be confident, persuasive and target-driven.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Must reside in Abeokuta or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta for a fully onsite role.
    • Professional integrity, maturity and excellent relationship management skills.

    Senior Legal Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Officer to strengthen our Legal & Compliance operations and support the organization’s growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic legal advisory support to management and business units.
    • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, MOUs, SLAs, deeds, and legal correspondence.
    • Oversee property documentation, title verification, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes.
    • Manage internal legal documentation systems and ensure proper filing and retrieval.
    • Represent the company in dealings with external counsel, regulatory agencies, partners, and government bodies.
    • Handle legal matters relating to property acquisition, project development, sales, partnerships, and dispute resolution.
    • Proactively identify legal risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare and present legal opinions, reports, and management briefs.
    • Supervise junior legal staff and provide mentorship as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
    • Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
    • Minimum of 5 years post-call experience in Corporate / Property / Commercial Law (real estate sector experience is a strong advantage).
    • Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes and negotiations.
    • Strong understanding of land processes, property transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
    • Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Strong professional ethics, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
    • Must have finished NYSC.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must reside in Lagos, preferably within proximity to Lekki/Ajah axis.
    • Fully Onsite Role.
