    Business Development Manager (Agriculture & Livestock Hygiene Solutions)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within poultry farms, livestock operations, hatcheries, veterinary clinics, feed mills, agro dealers and other agricultural institutions across Nigeria.
    • Promote hygiene and biosecurity solutions that improve farm sanitation, disease prevention, water hygiene and operational efficiency.
    • Build strong relationships with farm owners, veterinarians, production managers, procurement managers and agricultural distributors.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical engagement sessions for agricultural stakeholders.
    • Develop partnerships with agro dealers and distributors to improve product availability nationwide.
    • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs within the agricultural sector.
    • Represent the company at relevant agricultural exhibitions, livestock conferences and industry events.
    • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts and market feedback to support business growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Economics or related discipline.
    • 7–10 years’ experience in business development, technical sales or commercial roles within poultry, livestock, veterinary or agro-allied industries.
    • Strong understanding of poultry and livestock production environments and biosecurity practices.
    • Proven experience selling to farms, agro dealers, veterinary institutions or agricultural enterprises.
    • Strong analytical, presentation and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to develop business opportunities across Nigeria while being based in Lagos.
    • Strong communication and commercial skills with ability to engage technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
    • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

    Business Development Manager (Health Institutions Hygiene Solutions)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, dental clinics, maternity clinics, diagnostic centres and related healthcare institutions across Lagos State.
    • Promote hygiene and sanitation solutions that improve infection control, safety and operational efficiency within institutional environments.
    • Build strong relationships with procurement managers, clinicians, infection control teams, laboratory managers, pharmacists and facility managers.
    • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for institutional stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets within Lagos.
    • Increase product visibility and adoption across healthcare institutions in Lagos State.
    • Support institutional customers through both direct engagement and digital ordering channels where applicable.
    • Gather market intelligence on customer needs, procurement cycles and competitor activities within Lagos.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain consistent follow-up processes to encourage repeat orders and long-term client relationships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Public Health, Pharmacy or related discipline preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, laboratory, hygiene or related sectors.
    • Strong understanding of the Lagos healthcare environment and institutional procurement processes.
    • Proven experience selling to hospitals, laboratories, clinics or similar environments.
    • Experience as a hospital representative will be an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of digital tools and e-commerce channels.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
    • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
    • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
