    Business Development Executive – Industrial Sales

    Location: Ota, Ogun

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial and B2B sales, particularly within the plastics and packaging industry, and a proven ability to manage client relationships across FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and achieving measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of PET Preforms, HDPE, LDPE, and PE Caps within target markets.
    • Build, maintain, and expand strong business relationships with corporate clients and distributors.
    • Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and grow market share.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
    • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years’ experience in industrial sales, preferably within the plastics, packaging, or FMCG sector.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Compensation

    • Total Monthly Package: N200,000 per month. 
    • N100,000 — Fixed Salary
    • N100,000 — Performance Incentive.

    Country Operations Coordinator (Critical Health Care)

    Job Purpose (Summary)

    • The Head, Country Operations Coordinator, provides strategic and hands-on leadership across all operational centers within Nigeria. The role ensures seamless execution of day-to-day activities, including scheduling, rosters, operational readiness, and real-time coordination, to enhance efficiency, throughput, and patient experience.
    • This position collaborates closely with the Clinical Quality & Safety Officer (CQSO) to align operations with clinical and safety standards—without authoring clinical policy.

    Key Responsibilities
    Scheduling, Rosters & Templates:

    • Design, maintain, and standardize country-wide slot templates, session lengths, and overbooking rules.
    • Develop and publish daily and weekly rosters, proactively addressing staffing gaps and arranging locum or float coverage.

    Daily Flow & Execution:

    • Conduct daily operational readiness checks to ensure smooth start-of-day processes.
    • Oversee referral boards, waiting lists, and live rescheduling to optimize patient flow.

    Downtime & Operational Readiness:

    • Support the launch of new centers and services, conducting readiness assessments and stabilization activities.

    Data, Reporting & Communication:

    • Validate key operational metrics such as utilization rates, on-time starts, cancellations, and no-shows.
    • Maintain consistency in data definitions and operational reporting across all centers.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive country operations packs, including SLA and throughput dashboards.
    • Track and communicate action plans, escalation outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives.
    • Foster transparent and timely communication between center operations and senior management.

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
    • Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Healthcare Operations) is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, or process management (oncology or high-acuity environment preferred).
    • Proven experience in managing multi-site operations, rostering, and real-time command center coordination.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization).
    • Working knowledge of EMR, EHR, or scheduling systems, and experience using analytics dashboards for decision-making.

    Core Competencies / Soft Skills:

    • Strong execution discipline with the ability to manage queues and workflows under pressure.

    Chief Nursing Officer (Critical Health Care)

    Role Purpose

    • The Chief Nursing Officer will ensure the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and workforce development.
    • The role is responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies, driving quality improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and patient-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, plan, and manage all nursing services across POSH, ensuring delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
    • 10 – 15 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license.
    • Proven experience in hospital operations, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
    • Familiarity with accreditation standards (local and international).
