Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
• Primary tasks include analyzing market trends, developing strategies to expand into new markets, presenting and promoting the bank’s products and services to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Background in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Products and Services
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with the financial sector in Nigeria and an understanding of local market dynamics
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
