Sapir Projects Limited is seeking a proactive, result-driven, and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, retaining old clients, driving client acquisition, building strong relationships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives within the EPC sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients whilst retaining old clients
Develop and implement strategic business development and sales plans to achieve company targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing negotiations to secure projects and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client communications, and sales reports.
Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry engagements.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Must reside in Lagos State.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the EPC industry.
Prior experience working with an EPC company is mandatory.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market expansion, client acquisition, and project-based business development processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
