    Business Development Executive

    Job Overview:

    • We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in B2B sales to join our growing team at Kiakia.
    • As the Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expansion efforts.
    • In this role, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic cooperate partnerships, and nurturing new and existing client relationships. Your primary goal will be to accelerate our B2B market presence, generate revenue, and contribute to our overall success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
    • Identify and pursue Business opportunities and strategic cooperate partnerships with SMEs, e-Commerce stores, Developers & Institutions with last-mile delivery needs.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Sales & Marketing capacity.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
    • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.

    Social Media & Community Manager

    Job Overview:

    • We’re looking for a talented and passionate Social Media and Community Manager to join our growing team and drive our social media presence and engagement.
    • As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our online community, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.
    • Your primary goal will be to build brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and foster meaningful connections with our target audience.     Requirements & Skills;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Social Media and Community Manager or similar role, preferably in a Tech Startup or e-commerce/Logistics/retail/FMCG industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English.
    • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Ability to deliver creative content(text, image, and video).
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and original content ideas.
    • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

    • Ability to multi task, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, Keyword research and Google
Analytics.
    • Experience working in a creative agency is a plus.
