    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are urgently looking for a hardworking and smartBusiness Development Executiveto undertake business development and prospecting activities for our client.
    • He/she must be willing to deploy themselves in prospecting for customers and promoting our clients products.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to develop and grow business.
    • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (online and Social Media), exhibitions and promotional events
    • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
    • Collaborate with manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

    Job Requirements / Skills

    • B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or in a relevant discipline
    • Proven experience as a business development executive,marketing executiveor similar role
    • Proficient in MS Office Suites
    • Familiarity with social media and online marketing

    Receptionist

    Job Summary

    • We are urgently recruiting for a smart and hardworking Receptionist for our client who is focused with a pleasant personality.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

    Requirements and skills

    • HND / Degree in a relevant field of study.
    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Customer service attitude.
