    Brand Manager

    Job Objective

    • The Brand Manager is responsible for coordinating all brand activities, including sales, advertising, promotions, marketing research, and distribution.
    • The role ensures the successful execution of the brand strategy and marketing plans while achieving profit, volume, and market share objectives.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the brand’s long-term strategy to effectively engage target customers.
    • Plan and implement a 360° marketing communication strategy covering ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing.
    • Oversee the entire brand marketing lifecycle.
    • Manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution.
    • Maintain brand consistency across products, advertising, digital platforms, and all communications.
    • Collaborate with sales, editorial, design, and operations teams to execute marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct market research, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights.
    • Define and manage advertising and promotional strategies.
    • Monitor sales volumes, market share trends, and market drivers.
    • Advise management on competitive pricing, promotions, sales trends, and propose action plans.
    • Train sales teams to ensure in-depth brand knowledge.
    • Provide monthly brand performance reports to management.

    Minimum Education Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline.

    Required Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years experience in brand management or marketing communications for reputable brands

    Outlet Manager

    Locations: Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland, Lagos (Depends on your closer location)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet.
    • This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring high operational standards.
    • The ideal candidate is organized, sales-driven, customer-focused, and experienced in managing retail operations within a fast-paced or luxury/boutique environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Store Management & Leadership:

    • Lead and supervise the store team to achieve operational and sales goals.
    • Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management in a timely manner.
    • Implement and monitor store policies, workflows, and improvement action plans.

    Customer Service Excellence:

    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
    • Promote outstanding service culture greeting, assisting, and appreciating customers.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff on customer service standards.
    • Maintain customer privacy according to company policy.

    Merchandising & Inventory Management:

    • Oversee stock replenishment and re-order levels.
    • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with approved brand guidelines.
    • Manage promotional materials and off-shelf merchandise displays.
    • Maintain accurate inventory and support stock integrity processes.

    Sales & Financial Performance:

    • Grow sales through effective merchandising and marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure the outlet meets or exceeds revenue targets.
    • Monitor daily sales performance and lead the team to achieve KPIs.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 3 - 4+ years experience in retail store operations.
    • Prior experience as an Outlet/Store Manager in fashion, beauty, luxury, or boutique retail strongly preferred.
    • Proficiency with retail POS systems.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

    Job Summary

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce & Business Development to lead non-traditional sales channels, drive ecommerce growth, and build strategic corporate and partnership revenues.
    • This role will own ecommerce performance, corporate alliances, and new business development initiatives aligned with aggressive growth targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and grow all ecommerce and technology-enabled sales channels
    • Drive revenue growth through corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and B2B sales
    • Own ecommerce platforms, third-party marketplaces, and digital sales performance
    • Develop and execute business development strategies across non-traditional channels
    • Lead demand generation initiatives in collaboration with Marketing

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms and B2B strategic accounts
    • Strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, luxury retail, hospitality, or related industries
    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage cross-functional teams.

    Salary
    N1,500,000 - N2,200,000 monthly.
