The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging independent companies and business partners to register and actively use our platform for their travel and logistics needs. This role requires a proactive, target-driven marketer who thrives in field operations, business networking, and direct relationship-building. The position involves extensive fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard independent companies and organizations onto the company’s transportation and airline booking platform.
Conduct field marketing activities, presentations, and demonstrations to potential partners and clients.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations.
Develop and execute field marketing plans to achieve company registration and usage targets.
Represent the company at trade fairs, business events, and local activation programs to promote brand visibility.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, and emerging trends to support marketing strategy refinement.
Work closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction.
Uphold the company’s brand values and ensure professional conduct during all engagements.
Requirements
Minimum of a ND/HND/ B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
2–4 years of proven on-field marketing or business development experience, preferably in the fintech, transportation, logistics, or service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed field marketing or sales target
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
