    Branch Service Incharge

    Duties

    • Handle team 20 engineers & CCOs
    • Allocate jobs to engineers ( Onsite and WS)
    • Ensure team productivity
    • Achieve given revenue targets
    • Send reports to superiors
    • Technical support to engineers ( wherever required)
    • Overall service center managment

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree's or HND qualification.
    • Total experience of 8-10 years in customer Inverter repairs and service center management
    • Must be knowledgeable about inverter repair and customer service
