Branch Service Incharge
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 8 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Duties
- Handle team 20 engineers & CCOs
- Allocate jobs to engineers ( Onsite and WS)
- Ensure team productivity
- Achieve given revenue targets
- Send reports to superiors
- Technical support to engineers ( wherever required)
- Overall service center managment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree's or HND qualification.
- Total experience of 8-10 years in customer Inverter repairs and service center management
- Must be knowledgeable about inverter repair and customer service
