Role

Maintenance

• Ensure proper care of spares, tools and test equipment.
• Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment as well as Environment Health and Safety requirements.
• Close knowledge gaps on all OEM solutions for Installation & Maintenance

Service Delivery

• Completes all administrative tasks promptly, including service and installation reports, and travel requests.
• Escalates service issues to OEMs through the appropriate tools and platforms while ensuring timely troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensures uptime guarantees, cost control, and proper maintenance of assigned equipment, including timely implementation of Field Change Orders (FCOs) and ordering of critical spare parts

Customer Management

• Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to the customers within assigned area.
• Respond to every customer complaint within the time limits.
• Maintain interface with doctors and operators on equipment status issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prompt documentation of every service calls

 Revenue Management

• Drive revenue growth through CS business
• Timely renewal of CS contracts in conjunction with BDs
• Inclusion of CS contract at POS
• Assist in Sales visits, help train others where necessary, and identify Sales opportunities and communicate them to Sales team
• Recommend equipment/software/solution upgrade or replacement to existing customers

Training & Development

• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Complete all assigned e-learnings within stipulated time
• Attend scheduled onsite trainings

Educational Qualification; 

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering

Experience: 

• Minimum 1 years in a Healthcare company or Hospital

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Driver to join our firm . The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of professional driving experience. As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our executives.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives to and from various locations, including meetings, events, and airports.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and any potential delays.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, both inside and out.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide assistance with luggage, packages, and other belongings as required.
• Uphold all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule or unexpected situations.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Must stay on the Island as the job location is in VI.
• Minimum of five years of professional driving experience, with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as an executive driver or chauffeur preferred.
• Valid driver's license and excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
