    Billing Intern

    Duties and Responsibilties
    Purpose:

    • Identify financial inflows related to patient payments, insurance reimbursements, and other revenue sources.
    • Assist in the maintenance of accurate financial records, tracking patient payments, insurance claims, and adjustments.
    • Assist in reconciling patient accounts, insurance claims, and payments received.
    • Filing HMO claims in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all required documentation is included.

    Enagagement:

    • Accurately update the bank statement sheet with identified inflows to maintain an up-to-date financial record.
    •  Assist in any additional tasks or special projects as needed by the billing department.

    Delivery:

    Operations Assistant - 3 positions

    Mission Objective 

    • Clinical services operations department is responsible for the smooth running of the clinics, by providing support to the medical team to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare.
    • The operations assistant manages appointment schedules for both the patient and doctor ensuring that patient wait times are kept at the minimum.

    Medical Laboratory Technician - 3 positions

    Duties and Responsibilites
    Purpose:

    • Perform phlebotomy on adults and children 
    • Provide assistance in various functions of the laboratory 
    • Maintain and update laboratory checklists regularly

    • Operate and manage automatic hematology and chemistry analyzers, pipettes, thermometers, balances, and other lab apparatus.

    Pharmacy Technician - 3 positions

    Mission Objective

    • The pharmacy unit provides medical support services in pharmacotherapy, critical to achieving the organization’s mission through supplying quality medications, rational medicine usage, and optimizing patients’ treatment outcomes through appropriate counseling.
