The successful candidate will be required to manage and supervise all aspects of the jetty and harbor interface, including but not limited to: Coordinating the safe arrival, berthing, and departure of all vessels (tugs, PSVs, barges, etc.).
Logistics Scheduling
Ensuring strict adherence to all HSE procedures, local port regulations, and international maritime standards (STCW, ISM).
Supervising the safe loading, offloading, and staging of all cargo and spares.
Liaising with vessel Masters, Port /Jetty Authorities, and internal departments
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a marine, port, or jetty supervisory/management role (e.g., Beach Master, Harbour Master, or similar supervisory capacity).
Chief Mate/Master Certificate of Competency (or equivalent) is highly preferred, along with mandatory STCW certification.
Proven proficiency in ship handling/maneuvering principles
