    AW189 First Officer

    Bristow Helicopters (Nigeria) Limited is currently accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of a First Officer on the AgustaWestland AW189 aircraft type.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License.
    • Must have good a Knowledge of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (NCARs).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
    • A current FAA/EASA/NCAA license.                                 
    • Total time – 3000 hours minimum.                                  
    • Total PIC – 2000 hours minimum.                                                  
    • Total Multi PIC – 1200 hours minimum.
    • Total Offshore – 1000 hours minimum.
    • At least one-year offshore experience.
    • Class 1 medical.

    Licensed Engineer- H135 AND S92

    Bristow Helicopters (Nigeria) Limited is currently accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer on AIRBUS H135(EC135) AND S92aircraft type.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must hold an NCAA aircraft maintenance license type rated on at least one of the listed helicopter aircraft types or FAA (or equivalent) with OEM training certificates and documented evidence of experience on the above types.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience on aircraft type.
    • Must have a good working experience on any of the listed aircraft types.
    • Must have analytical skills.
    • Must be a good team player / must be pro-active.
    • Must be able to troubleshoot.

    Licensed Engineer (Sheet Metal)

    Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic Responsibilities & Duties

    • Fabricate, assemble, and repair sheet metal parts and components for aircraft.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
    • Use hand and power tools to shape and manipulate sheet metal materials.
    • Inspect and identify structural damage, wear, and corrosion in aircraft.
    • Perform precision measurements and calculations to ensure accurate fit and alignment.
    • Install rivets, bolts, and other fasteners to secure sheet metal parts.
    • Apply protective coatings and sealants to prevent corrosion and enhance durability.
    • Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and departments to complete repair work.
    • Ensure compliance with Statutory regulations and safety standards.
    • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to detect and resolve potential issues.
    • Document repair and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
    • Provide expertise and guidance to junior mechanics and apprentices.

    Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic Qualifications & Skills

    • Experience working in an aviation maintenance environment.
    • Certification from a recognized aviation maintenance school or program.
    • Knowledge of NCAA regulations and safety standards.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Proficiency with CAD software and other technical design tools.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Previous experience with specific aircraft types or models.
    • Completion of a certified aircraft sheet metal training program.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in aircraft sheet metal work.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
    • Familiarity with hand and power tools used in sheet metal fabrication.
    • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
