Aviation Dispatcher III at Habrams Energy

• We are seeking an experienced Aviation Dispatcher III to support daytoday aviation dispatch and passenger preflight operations for fixedwing and helicopter operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless movement of passengers and freight. This role requires strong operational expertise and the ability to supervise and support junior dispatch personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•  Obtain and review weather reports for departure, destination, and alternate routes prior to flight dispatch
•  Retrieve daily passenger manifest from the Personnel Tracking System (PTS)
•  Conduct passenger and baggage checkin in line with manifest priority and company procedures
•  Perform passenger identification in accordance with company requirements
• Complete indemnity forms where applicable
• Issue boarding passes to checkedin passengers
• Prepare outflown manifest, weight and balance sheet for each flight
• Complete weather dispatch documentation
• Brief pilots once checkin is completed and aircraft is cleared for departure
• Manage flight movement through PTS, including flight activation and closure
• File all completed flight manifests and documentation
• Coordinate aircraft reception and dispatch operations
• Submit PTS aviation operational reports

Requirements

• Previous experience in aviation dispatch or a closely related operational role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience acceptable to the company
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced aviation environment
• Sound decisionmaking skills regarding safety, flight regulations, and operational efficiency
• Extensive knowledge of aviation operations and dispatch procedures
• Ability to supervise and support team members where required
