    AV / HA Technician

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidates should be analytical with good technical, communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, they must be self-supervising, trustworthy and accountable.

    Responsibilities

    • Sound knowledge on AV repair and installation of TV, LCD, Plasma, DVD, Home Theatre, Sound bar and Mini speakers.
    • Able to troubleshoot component level defects on the PBCs and Panels of all the range of AV products.
    • provide excellent service to meet customer’s expectations.
    • Perform product storage and transportation activities in safe and secure manner.
    • Prioritize and complete the given jobs accurately and timely.
    • Maintain the workplace and keep tools clean, safe and organized.
    • Carefully follow and adhere to the instruction given by the Service Centre Supervisor.
    • Should be able to visit customers in house jobs
    • Able to work under pressure.
    • Ensure to achieve per day productivity target.

    Required Experience / Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / SSCE / Trade Test Certificate in any technical field of study
    • 1 - 3 years experience in technical service or equipment maintenance.

    Job Description

    • The Ideal candidate must be able to deliver and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • He / She must have a drive to penetrate new markets and closeout deals.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Responsible for the identification of new business prospects and sell products to them.
    • Responsible to seek out new sales opportunities through cold callings networking.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Cultivate leads, generate referrals; sign up new corporate clients and businesses
    • Responsible to arrange for meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product

    Required Experience / Qualifications

    • 1st Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field,
    • 3-5 years’ experience in sales.
    • Good oral and presentation skill
    • Proficient in Microsoft suites (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
