Role Description

• This is a contract, on-site role for a Receptionist / Waitress at Precious Palm Royal Hotel, located in Benin City.
• The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Additional responsibilities include taking and serving orders efficiently, supporting clerical tasks such as record keeping and scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized reception and dining area.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering inquiries and managing front desk operations
• Clerical Skills for effective record keeping, filing, and scheduling
• Outstanding Communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Customer Service experience to ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or restaurant roles is an advantage
