    HR Advisory Manager

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for an experienced HR Advisory Manager to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with top executives as a trusted advisor, helping them transform their organizations through smart and practical HR solutions.
    • You will lead important projects—from redesigning pay structures and performance systems to shaping company culture and building competency frameworks. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage client relationships, guide junior team members, and ensure that every solution we deliver is data-driven, compliant, and aligned with our clients' long-term goals.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex HR advisory projects, including Compensation & Benefits restructuring, Performance Management systems, Cultural Alignment, Competency Framework development, and comprehensive Skill Audits.
    • Diagnose client organizational challenges and design bespoke, data-driven HR strategies that enhance talent capability, optimize organizational design, and drive workforce efficiency.
    • Develop and implement tailored HR solutions to address client-specific issues, including talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
    • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
    • Conduct industry research and product research in order to charter new areas of business.
    • Analyse data and prepare reports to present findings and recommendations to clients effectively.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and programs that support the values and culture of clients.
    • Provide a comprehensive HR management advisory and consultancy service to clients.
    • Preparation of new product frameworks and bids.
    • Lead assigned KR products as they relate to the achievement of organizational goals.
    • Co-Lead in the design and facilitation of HR IT products that pertain to Recruitment and Advisory solutions.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g CIPM,PHR/SPHR) preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, HR Advisory roles, or similar positions.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
    • Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.

    Head of Operations

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct oversight of all branches, ensuring consistent adherence to CBN-approved operating procedures, service standards, and internal controls.
    • Develop and enforce standardized branch operations manuals and SOPs replicable across existing and new branches.
    • Oversee all back-office functions including payments, loan disbursements, account maintenance, reconciliations, vault management, and cash-in-transit, ensuring accuracy and full audit trail integrity.
    • Manage the operational readiness process for new branch openings, covering premises, equipment, staffing, systems, and CBN branch licensing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
    • CIBN membership, PMP/PRINCE2, or CISA certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 7–10 years in banking or financial services operations, with at least 3–4 years in a senior operations or branch management leadership role.
    • Demonstrated experience in a Microfinance Bank, retail bank, or multi-branch deposit-taking institution strongly preferred.

    Business Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial & Revenue Management

    • Drive revenue growth and profitability by increasing occupancy, retaining clients, and securing new business. Prepare budgets, track performance, and oversee rent collections to maintain cash flow. Identify cost savings and provide financial insights for strategic decisions. Submit regular performance reports to Management.

    Estate & Property Operations Management

    • Oversee daily estate operations including facilities, utilities, maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, and waste management. Ensure building systems (HVAC, power, water) run efficiently and comply with regulations. Coordinate gated estate services, integrating maintenance and security seamlessly.

    Tenant & Resident Management

    • Act as the main contact for tenants, residents, and service providers. Handle communication, complaints, and disputes professionally. Enforce lease terms, estate rules, and manage arrears or evictions in line with Nigerian laws.

    Project & Asset Management

    • Supervise construction and renovation projects, managing budgets, timelines, and contractor quality. Support property valuations and protect asset value through proactive maintenance and capital expenditure planning.

    Financial & Commercial Management (Property-Level)

    • Prepare property budgets and financial reports. Oversee rent billing, collections, and reconciliations. Spot opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, while ensuring compliance with Nigerian tax laws.

    Governance, Risk & Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with property laws, building codes, and safety standards. Manage vendor contracts and SLAs, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks through effective controls.

    Leadership & Stakeholder Management

    • Lead and coach teams to meet performance and financial targets. Coordinate across operations, finance, and security. Build strong relationships with residents, regulators, vendors, and senior management, and provide regular performance reports.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Estate Management, or related field.
    • A master's degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
    • Professional certifications such as RICS, IFMA, PMP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in estate/property management or multi-site operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing teams and operations.
    • Proven experience managing budgets, rent collections, vendors, tenants, compliance, and operational performance
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian property laws, tenancy regulations, and regulatory requirements.
