Qualifications

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Superintendent Pharmacist located in Lagos Mainland.
The Superintendent Pharmacist will oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage the dispensing of medications, and provide clinical support to patients.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supervising pharmacy staff, managing inventory, conducting patient consultations, and promoting health and wellness.
Additionally, the Superintendent Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers and contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field
Licensed Pharmacist with a valid practicing license
Experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing medications, and regulatory compliance
Strong ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to supervise and train pharmacy staff
Knowledge of patient consultation and health promotion techniques
Proficiency in using digital platforms for pharmacy management is a plus
