    Area Sales Manager - Beverage Industry

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, distributor performance, and market expansion across Benue State and surrounding territories.
    • The ideal candidate should possess strong FMCG/beverage industry experience, with a proven track record in sales execution, distributor management, market development, and achieving volume growth targets.

    Core Deliverables

    • Drive sales volume and revenue growth across assigned territories.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and market share.
    • Manage distributor performance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
    • Expand distribution coverage and identify new market opportunities.
    • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners.

    Other Job Functions:

    • Monitor distributor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
    • Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Track competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence.
    • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions and sales initiatives.
    • Coach and support distributor sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in sales management within the beverage/FMCG industry.
    • Proven experience managing distributors and driving territory sales growth.
    • Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies and sales execution.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
    • Must have a good understanding of the Benue market and surrounding territories.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong experience in IT services sales across global markets.
    • The ideal candidate should have expertise in selling at least one of the following services: IoT, ERP Solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, or Digital Transformation.
    • This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth in African regions and other global markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets including the Africa, and other international regions.
    • Drive sales for IoT, ERP solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, or Digital Transformation services.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 4–10 years of experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales.
    • Proven experience selling IoT, ERP Solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, or Digital Transformation services.
    • Strong experience working with international clients across the African region and other global markets.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals in global markets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

    Territory Activation Manager (TAM)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Territory Activation Manager to lead market activations, brand visibility initiatives, and customer engagement activities across Jos.
