    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced event management company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating administrative processes, supporting event planning and execution, and ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
    • This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience using digital tools for coordination and communication.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative & Operational Support

    • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Maintain and manage office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and internal communications
    • Monitor office supplies and manage procurement processes

    Event Coordination & Support

    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion
    • Coordinate logistics including vendors, venues, equipment, and materials
    • Track event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within deadlines
    • Support on-site event coordination to ensure seamless execution

    Project Management & Coordination

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within an event management or fast-paced environment
    • Strong project management experience is required
    • Proficiency in the use of project management and collaboration tools such as: Click up and Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar),Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    Engineer (Construction & Facilities)

    Job Summary

    • The Engineer will support the planning, execution, and maintenance of company facilities, infrastructure, and construction-related systems. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, supporting site infrastructure, and assisting in maintenance activities across project sites and corporate facilities.
    • The ideal candidate is a technically sound engineer with hands-on experience in construction environments, building systems, and infrastructure support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Facility Operations & Maintenance Support

    • Assist in the maintenance of company offices, site accommodations, warehouses, and managed properties.
    • Support the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
    • Monitor the performance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and fire safety systems.

    Site & Infrastructure Support

    • Support the management of site utilities such as power supply, water systems, and waste management.
    • Assist in ensuring infrastructure readiness for ongoing construction projects.
    • Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.

     Technical Execution & Supervision

    • Supervise minor repair works, installations, and maintenance activities.

    Vendor & Contractor Coordination

    • Support the coordination of contractors and service providers.

    Health, Safety & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies across all sites.
    • Participate in safety inspections and compliance checks.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
    • Prepare technical reports and updates for management.
    • Support documentation of facility systems and operational processes.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
    • 2–5 years experience in construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects.
    • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and engineering processes.
    • Basic understanding of MEP systems and site infrastructure.
    • Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Storekeeper/ Inventory Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment used on construction sites. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, stock control, and the efficient management of inventory to support site operations.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of all materials received and issued from the store.
    • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and join physical inventory with system records.

    Material Handling:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of delivered materials.
    • Issue materials to site personnel based on approved requisitions.
    • Monitor the usage of materials to avoid wastage or misuse.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain daily stock registers and inventory reports.
    • Report low stock levels and prepare requisitions for material replenishment.
    • Document discrepancies, damages, or returns and inform the appropriate authority.

    Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the procurement team, site engineers, and assistant admin to align material supply with project needs.
    • Assist in logistics for the movement of materials between sites or from vendors.

    Store Organization and Cleanliness:

    • Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times.
    • Implement best practices for safe and efficient storage.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines in handling and storing materials.
    • Comply with internal policies regarding documentation and reporting procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of an OND or equivalent in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years experience in a storekeeping role, preferably in construction or real estate.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems or Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
