    Administrative Officer

    Position Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day operations.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office administration, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events
    • Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation systems
    • Support HR functions including onboarding, staff documentation, and leave tracking
    • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required
    • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
    • Handle internal and external communications professionally
    • Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • 2–4 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Experience in a structured corporate environment is an added advantage
