    Admin / Sales Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Admin/Sales Assistant to join our team.
    • This role is central to keeping our operations efficient while strengthening client relationships and supporting sales growth.
    • The Admin/Sales Assistant will manage daily administrative functions, assist with client communication, and support the sales process.
    • You’ll be essential in ensuring our projects run smoothly and clients remain engaged and satisfied.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support: Handle calls, emails, schedules, and general office tasks
    • Client Coordination: Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer relations
    • Sales Assistance: Promote services, secure bookings, prepare quotes, track leads, and support closing deals

    Job Summary

    • We’re looking for a creative and skilled Videographer/Photographer who is also an efficient Video Editor to join our growing team.
