    Admin Clerk

    Job Description

    • Receiving products physically from vendors as well as ensuring invoices and purchase order corresponds with the physical goods.
    • Ensuring product quality checks are done on products while receiving
    • Inbounding all products received physically into the inventory database.
    • Carry out proper shelf labelling and product arrangement in the warehouse.
    • Conduct daily, weekly monthly stock counts and submit reports to line managers.
    • Reconcile variances on stock count reports with accounts, commercial and operations.
    • Implement inter-store product transfers as directed by commercial or line manager.
    • Monitor and Report close to expiry products both on the database and physically in the warehouse.
    • Daily inspect product quality in the warehouse.
    • Manage and reduce product losses in the warehouse via product handling, expiry, and accurate inbounding on the database.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / BSc.
    • At least 2 years previous work experience working in the retail industry
    • Ability to use SAP
    • Good knowledge and usage of excel
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Must reside around Victoria island or environs

    Finance Leader

    Job Description

    • Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants
    • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
    • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions (revenue, billing, A/P, A/R, …) and regularly reviewing internal reports
    • Input the monthly payroll into the accounting records, and liaise with the HR Department
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
    • Record financial transactions in timely manner
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
    • Prepare the monthly taxes and resolve of any issues, including VAT inspections
    • Take responsibility for the year-end audit
    • Assist in establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
    • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
    • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports. and prepare variance reports monthly to keep budget in check.
    • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
    • Document business processes and accounting policies
    • Assist in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, monitoring and reporting standards
    • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
    • Report to the Head of Finance with timely and accurate financial information
    • Assist the Head of Finance in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
    • Assist the Head of Finance in other duties as may be reasonably needed.

    Requirements

    • Advanced Degree in Finance or a related field
    • Proven working experience as a Finance Leader/Manager
    • 6+ years of overall Finance experience
    • Fluency in English is mandatory requirement
    • CPA or CMA preferred
    • SAP experience is a strong plus
    • Previous experience in managing a finance team and/or subordinates
    • Experience with creating financial statements
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
    • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
    • Knowledge of local taxation, payroll procedures etc.

    Customer Service Agent

    Job Description

    • As a customer service agent, you would be a part of the customer service team at Mano.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring that our users have a seamless support experience over the phone and live chats.
    • This also includes handling incoming issues and working with other teams to troubleshoot problems
    • You will also serve as a feedback channel by relaying customers concerns and problem to the operations or relevant teams so that we can fix the gap. Experience using Zendesk is a strong advantage.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide seamless support to all our customers
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of the products available in our stores and customer service policies
    • Confirming customers payment via the payment channels, as well as tracking pending payments
    • Resolving every customer complaint professionally via the phone or live chat
    • Giving information to new and old customers browsing through our websites
    • Replying to chats via the live chat channel

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Institution
    • Minimum of 2 years previous customers experience is a plus
    • Previous experience working in an E- commerce industry is an added advantage
    • Strong command of written and verbal English
    • Good communications skills
    • Excellent organization or multitasking skills
    • Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience

    Store Picker

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up customers orders in the store, and ensuring the right items are selected and in good conditions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist with packing received stock on shelves.

    • Ensure products are clean and not damaged or expired.

    • Receive orders immediately on phone and collect within 3 min.

    • Prepare products in order in bags and pass to dispatch.

    Store Supervisor

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a young, brilliant, and enthusiastic individual who would support the store leader in the daily running of our store operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Open and close store on time.

    • Opening shift for drivers and pickers and ensure that system and telephones are working.

    • Checking motorcycles conditions, documents, and maintenance on time.

    • Ensure that all drivers and pickers wearing the uniform in a good condition.

    • Ensure that pickers and drivers execute their work efficiently and on time.

    • Ensure no delays in picking, dispatch, and delivery.

    • Confirm that all products are in 100% condition.

    • Confirm that expiry dates are up to date

    • Ensure all payments done by customer’s are accounted for.

    • Control and advise any differences.

    • Assist as picker, despatcher, Admin at peak times to ensure quick delivery.

    • Advise any customer queries to call center and store Operations Leader immediately.

    • Ensure and customer query received by controller is resolved.

    • Focus on an excellent and quick customer experience always.

    • Be of service and help to our customers 100% without fail and without counting the cost.

    • Keep store manager informed of any issues, problems, complaints, compliments, accidents etc.

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year work experience working in a retail store

    • Must be wiling to learn

    • Must have good communication and leadership skills

    • Should live around Lekki or environs.
