    Acquisition Manager - Super Dealer / Distributor

    Job Summary 

    • This is a "hunter" role focused on recruiting high-capacity Super Dealers and Distributors to serve as anchor partners.
    • You will be responsible for signing financially strong partners capable of high-volume offtake and multi-state warehousing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a pipeline of potential Super Dealers through market mapping and competitor intelligence.
    • Lead 360° assessments of prospects, including financials, fleet capacity, and reputation checks,
    • Negotiate complex commercial terms, including margins, credit limits, and bank guarantees.
    • Manage the performance of new Super Dealers for the first 180 days post-onboarding.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; professional memberships (NIMN, CIM) preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years specifically in distributor recruitment.

    Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics

    Job Summary

    • The Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics owns the end-to-end planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution of white products, LPG, and accessories. The goal is to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely movement of inventory while maintaining 100% regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and develop demand forecasts by region and channel,
    • Manage multi-location warehousing, ensuring 99.9% inventory accuracy,
    • Optimize daily dispatch plans to meet OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery targets,
    • Oversee fleet and 3PL partners, enforcing journey management and driver safety.
    • Manage procurement for fuel products, cylinders, and logistics services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering; Master’s/MBA preferred.
    • Mandatory HSE Level 3 and Fire Safety certifications.
    • Professional certifications such as CILT, CIPS, or CSCP.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, with 3 years handling hazardous products like LPG or petroleum.
    • Experience managing fleets with >20 trucks or 10,000+ unit movements monthly

    Manager, Channel Acquisition

    Job Summary

    • As the Manager, Channel Acquisition, you will drive the growth of the company’s distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and developing new channel partners, including distributors, sub-dealers, and retailers.
    • You will own the end-to-end acquisition strategy for gas cylinders, ensuring rapid and compliant market expansion in line with safety and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute annual channel acquisition strategies and quarterly rollout plans.
    • Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential territories and outlet density gaps.
    • Source, vet, and appoint new partners according to financial and safety criteria.
    • Lead and coach the field sales team to deliver onboarding targets.
    • Collaborate with HSE, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless partner activation and compliance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering; an MBA is an advantage.

    Head, Corporate Strategy & Business Performance Management

    Role Overview

    • The Head, Corporate Strategy & Business Performance Management is responsible for shaping and driving the company’s long-term growth agenda in the LPG/cylinder value chain.
    • The role owns the corporate strategic planning process, translates strategy into executable business plans, and ensures enterprise-wide performance delivery through robust performance management, analytics, and governance.
    • This role serves as the MD’s key thought partner on market expansion, new business models, operational efficiency, and value creation. It ensures all business units, plants, and distribution channels are aligned to deliver on financial, operational, safety, and customer KPIs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Corporate Strategic Planning: Lead the development and refresh of the 3-5-year corporate strategy and annual business plans.
    • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of the LPG/cylinder ecosystem, including competitor moves, regulatory changes (NMDPRA), and growth opportunities in new geographies or product lines.
    • Performance Management: Own the enterprise performance framework; define KPIs, manage company-wide dashboards, and lead monthly/quarterly reviews to drive corrective actions.
    • Transformation & Execution: Serve as Project Sponsor for major initiatives such as ERP rollouts, plant expansions, and automation projects.
    • Financial & Operational Oversight: Build business cases for CAPEX and partner with BUs to improve cylinder turnaround time, plant OEE, and cash conversion cycles.
    • Governance: Serve as Secretary to EXCO strategy sessions and interface with the Board, investors, and lenders.

    Educational Requirements & Qualifications

    • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Second Class Upper) in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
    • Post-Graduate: MBA or relevant Master’s Degree from a reputable institution.
    • Professional Certifications (At least one): Strategy (SMP, CSP, BSC), Finance (CFA, ACCA, ICAN), or Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma).
    • Oil & Gas specific certifications (Institute of Petroleum/NIPET) are an added advantage.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Experience: 12–15 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or commercial leadership role.
    • Sector Expertise: Strong preference for candidates from Oil & Gas downstream, LPG, FMCG distribution, or logistics-heavy industries.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, financial modelling, KPI design, and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
    • Leadership: Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
