Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the daily activities of the technical and repair team.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various home appliances, specifically Air Conditioners (ACs), Fans, TVs, and other household electronics.
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and are completed within designated timelines.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding technical issues and provide professional solutions.
• Utilize computer systems to log repair data, track inventory, and generate technical reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in repairing ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances.
• Proximity: Must reside close to the office location (proximity is highly prioritized).
• Leadership: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry, reporting, and operational tracking.

​About the Role

• ​We are seeking a structured and detailed-oriented After-Sales Inventory Supervisor to oversee our technical spare parts and appliance inventory.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical operations and stock management, ensuring that components for Air Conditioners (ACs), Fans, TVs, and other home appliances are perfectly tracked, organized, and available for our service team.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Supervise and manage the daily operations of the after-sales inventory and spare parts store.
• ​Track and log technical stock components specifically related to ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances.
• ​Perform regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
• ​Coordinate with the technical team to issue the exact parts required for appliance repairs and maintenance.
• ​Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage conditions for all technical components.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Technical & Appliance Knowledge: Solid understanding or familiarity with the components and spare parts of ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances.

​The "3 Cs" Mastery:

• ​Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate seamlessly between technicians, management, and suppliers.
• ​Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) or inventory systems for precise tracking and reporting.
• ​Customer Relationship: Excellent professional etiquette to handle internal team requests and manage relationships with external parts vendors.
• ​Proximity: Must reside close to the office location (proximity is highly prioritized).
• ​Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and a sharp eye for detail.
