    Accounts Intern (NYSC)

    Job Summary

    • To support the accounts unit majorly with documentation, record keeping, data entry and maintaining books of accounts while gaining practical experience and workplace skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Keep and maintain cash book, journals, andgeneral ledgers.
    • Assist in procurementand ensure proper documentationof purchase requests.
    • Assist in maintainingschedules of statutory payments in the database.
    • Assist in bank runs and submission of payment instructions.
    • Assist with proper and timely documentation of all records for the accounts unit.
    • Assist in the extraction ofinformation frombank statements for preparation of annual financial accounts and monthly cash flow reports.
    • Data entry.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in Accounting.
    • Strong interest in the role plus willingness to learn &grow into a permanent role.

    Facility Manager (Lagos)

    Job Summary

    • Ensure quality and reliability in service delivery through implementation and monitoring of facilities maintenance services in accordance with client SLA's and organizational quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Forecast, monitoring and implementation of facility budgets.
    • General oversight of daily operations, ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled according to SLA's and organisational quality standards.
    • Ensuring proper use and proactive maintenance of facility equipment.
    • Coordination and supervision of all site support staff including cleaning, maintenance, and security personnel.
    • Implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety standards.
    • Maintain cordial relationships with internal and external customers

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A Degree in Estate Management or other related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role
    • Experience working in residential estates is key, commercial experience is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in the use of facility management softwares.
    • Professional membership with IFMA, IFWM or ESVARBON.
    • Experience in service administration, invoicing, fees collection and enforcement.
    • FMP certification is an advantage.

    Skills Requirement:

    • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Good numeric skills.
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong Interpersonal skills
    • Good report writing skills.
